Today we are surrounded by advice about health: experts, research, and countless recommendations, many of which seem to contradict one other.

I provide structured health reviews for people who feel something in their health isn’t quite right and want a deeper understanding of what may be driving it.

Through detailed investigation and careful interpretation of laboratory markers, symptoms, and health patterns, we develop a clear and practical plan for what to focus on next.

The problem

Many people reach a point where they feel that their health has shifted.

Energy levels change. Our sleep feels less restorative. We don’t cope with stress quite as well as we did before.

My work based at the Vale Health Clinic in Tunbridge Wells focuses on helping people make sense of this. Rather than providing generic advice or squeezing someone into a set of protocols, I use a structured approach to understand the patterns influencing your health and to identify meaningful steps forward.

I’m Naomi

a paramedic practitioner and clinical educator

After more than fifteen years working across ambulance services and primary care in the NHS, I developed a deep interest in the earlier stages of health, the point at which people begin to feel that something isn’t quite right, but before clear disease has developed.

In frontline practice, I saw how often people ended up getting healthcare only once problems had become severe. Yet I also saw how much difference thoughtful attention to sleep, stress, lifestyle, and physiology can make when we understand what is really driving the issue.

This led me to develop my current work: structured health reviews that combine clinical experience with careful interpretation of laboratory markers, symptoms, and lifestyle patterns. The aim is to help people understand what may be influencing their health and to develop clear, practical next steps.

Alongside my clinical work, I write a fortnightly newsletter exploring the patterns and questions that often arise in practice.
