Our physiology, lifestyle habits, stress levels, sleep patterns and life events all impact each other.
Understanding health requires looking at the whole picture, rather than focusing on isolated numbers.

Investigation & Interpretation
My process takes part in two stages.
The first appointment focuses on gathering a detailed picture of your health, including symptom history, lifestyle patterns, relevant life context, physical measurements and laboratory testing where appropriate.
Between appointments, I review and analyse the information collected, examining how different markers and patterns relate to one another.

Understanding & Strategy
During the second appointment, we review the findings together.
We discuss the patterns identified, possible explanations for symptoms, priorities for improving your health and practical next steps.
This is a collaborative process. My role is to provide clear reasoning and guidance, while you remain the decision maker about what changes feel appropriate.
